Our T&C's cover all submitted orders. Once an order is submitted to Iconic Imaging you are agreeing to abide by our T&C's.

We only agree to undertake work on an image you submit if you have ownership of copyright, or have gained the permission of other person/s(or guardians) who appear in any photograph or taken the photograph.

Iconic Imaging reserve the right to refuse to work on any image you do not own copyright of, have not gained permission to use or is offensive/indecent in any way.

We will return all images we feel we have the right to refuse, unless we consider them offensive or indecent in anyway.

You will be responsible for payment of all costs or damages incurred by Iconic Imaging should we reproduce any photo provided by yourselves that is offensive or breaches privacy or copyright in anyway possible.

Any damage Iconic Imaging cause to your photo through negligence only will be covered sufficiently according to the type of media.

Digital copies of all images will be kept by us for reproduction in the case or re-orders, but only upon permission gained from you.

Any photographic reproduction Iconic Imaging agree to undertake depends on the quality of the original image so may not be exact on some occassions. However, we will always endeavour to supply the best finished article available with the equipment and supplied image at our disposal.

We aim to complete and ship most orders within 7-10 days. Please note though, we may be able to ship sooner if you make us aware you have a schedule to meet eg Birthday, Anniversary etc. However, we have no control over the delivery habits of couriers or the post Office.

Our prices will remain extremely competitive at all times but we reserve the right to increase our prices, giving a reasonable period of notice to all our customers.

Iconic Imaging, the artist or photographer will retain copyright of all works supplied by us.

In cases where advertised materials are not available to use we reserve the right to use alternative materials. This action will only be taken if we feel it will provide you with a service as good, if not better than the original.

In order of equality iconic Imaging do not offer a credit alternative for payment. Payment should be made in advance. Trade orders will be expected on completion.

Iconic Imaging reserve the right to sub-contract work in extreme circumstances. This action will only be undertaken when to the benefit of our customers.

Iconic Imaging will not cancel any submitted work that has been started and paid for.

We will only reimburse your initial outlay/costs in cases of damage in transportation (this must however, be signed for as such at point of delivery/receipt).

In submitting an image/photo to Iconic Imaging you grant us permission to use the finished article on our website, any connected websites and for advertising/promotional purposes.

Due to the nature of canvas media, there will be natural surface variations amongst the fabric’s weave. Iconic Imaging accepts no responsibility for these deviations, which are a natural and inevitable product of any naturally derived cotton product.

When submitting images for canvas wraps, customers should allow for a slight variation in the frame sizes and accept that there may be very small discrepancies between the stretched canvas and the frame. Whilst this should never be more than 1-2mm, the variation may cause some images to not 'sit' perfectly on the front of the wooden frame.

Whilst every effort is made to avoid any 'cracking' when producing canvas wraps, the nature of product means that the fabric has to be pulled taut against a wooden frame which can lead to hairline cracks. Only normally noticeable on darker colours, this separation will be retouched wherever possible. However, Iconic Imaging cannot accept responsibility for this facet of the canvas wrapping process.
